JOB DESCRIPTION:
Worivo Advisors is seeking a motivated Law Graduate to join our growing team in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
• Corporate Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory registers, and monitoring compliance calendars
• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
• Legal Research & Advisory: Conducting comprehensive legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Due Diligence: Assisting in legal due diligence exercises for transactions and business engagements
What We’re Looking For:
• LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB from a recognized university
• 0-2 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
