Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate operating agreements for LLCs and other business entities.
- Advise clients on corporate governance and legal structures.
- Ensure that operating agreements comply with state and federal laws.
- Offer legal guidance on risk management and corporate strategy.
- Assist in business formations and structuring of new ventures.
Qualifications:
- J.D. (Juris Doctor) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Admission to the bar in your state (or jurisdiction).
- Significant experience drafting corporate documents, especially operating agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of business law, corporate governance, and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with startups, LLCs, or small businesses is a plus.
Desired Skills:
