Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze trademarks of clients and compare them with opposition trademarks based on phonetic sound, visual appearance, and industry relevance.
- Conduct logo comparisons using various web search engines.
- Evaluate client company names against existing ones worldwide.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience (Freshers can apply).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any specialization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of global industries and marketplace trends.
- Awareness of new product releases worldwide.
- Understanding of trademark policies and intellectual property rights.
- Familiarity with US/UK back-office processes is preferred.
