Job Responsibilities:
1. Must have knowledge of Patent, Copyright, Design and Geographical Indications filing
2. Knowledge of Drafting related to replies, Oppositions, Counters, Legal Notices, etc. in IPR
3. Know how to handle clients
4. Need to supervise the Legal Department and will also involve in the legal affairs of the Company
5. Have to travel to another state related to work meetings
Job Description:
1. Having experience of minimum 5 years in IPR
2. Have worked with law firms
3. Must be proficient in English
4. Having good Team Leading skills
