1. Corporate Lawyer
PQE: 2–3 Years
Qualification: LL.B. (LL.M. or certification in corporate law is a plus)
Experience: Prior law firm experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents (SHA, SSA, SPAs, Term Sheets, etc.)
- Advising on FEMA, M&A, and corporate governance matters
- Conducting due diligence and providing strategic legal input
2. Associate – Tax Litigation
Experience: 1+ Years
Qualification: Lawyer / Chartered Accountant / Semi-qualified CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling tax litigation, drafting responses, and representing clients
- Filing returns: TDS, ITR, FLA, SFT, and reconciliation
- Advisory on M&A taxation, restructuring, and due diligence
- Managing junior team members and client communications
