I am seeking two (2) dedicated and driven research interns/assistants to assist in long-term personal research projects. The projects focus on commercial litigation and arbitration, cross-border litigation, judicial reforms, and cross-border insolvency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research related to commercial law, insolvency law, private international law, and litigation.
- Assist in writing research papers, articles, and reports on the assigned topics.
- Work closely with me to explore innovative legal ideas and concepts for ongoing projects.
Mentorship Opportunity:
In addition to research tasks, I’m happy to mentor selected candidates on topics such as:
- Law school and career planning
- LLM applications
- Research opportunities in India and abroad
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrable Interest: Applicants must have a clear interest in commercial law, company law, insolvency law, private international law, and litigation. This must be supported by at least 3 high-quality publications on law blogs, peer-reviewed law reviews, or journals.
- Education:
- Must be in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law program or the 3rd year of a 3-year LLB program.
- Time Commitment: Ability to commit 10-12 hours per week to research and writing tasks.
