Full job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RERA Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and other relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing RERA compliance procedures, conducting audits, and providing training to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain RERA compliance procedures and policies.
2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks and non-compliance issues.
4. Provide training and guidance to employees on RERA compliance procedures.
5. Liaise with RERA authorities, developers, and other stakeholders.
6. Review and verify project documents, including building plans, approvals, and certificates.
7. Ensure timely registration and updating of projects on the RERA website.
8. Monitor and report on compliance with RERA regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RERA compliance or a related field.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and other relevant regulations.
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in RERA compliance or a related field.
2. Experience working with real estate developers, builders, or property consultants.
3. Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
