1. General Refund Conditions

Refunds are provided in accordance with the terms stated below:

  • Course Fee Refund: Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase or enrollment in a course. Refunds are only applicable if the student has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Service Cancellation: If a course is canceled by LeDroit India due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the enrolled students.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Request Submission: Submit a refund request via email to our support team at ledroitonline@gmail.com within the eligible timeframe. Please include your name, course details, date of enrollment, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Review and Verification: Once a refund request is received, it will undergo a review process. LeDroit India reserves the right to approve or deny the request based on the refund policy and the reason provided.
  3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, after deducting 20% of the total refund requested. In case of Refund requests related to a part of Combos, the refundable amount will be processed as per the discretion of LeDroit India.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made after the 7-day eligibility period.
  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed by the user.
  • The course has been purchased using a promotional offer or discount code.
  • Any other condition specified by LeDroit India at the time of enrollment.

4. Special Cases

In special cases, such as medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, LeDroit India may consider refund requests outside the standard policy. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and decisions will be made at the sole discretion of LeDroit India.
