A significant piece of legislation that aims to protect the security and welfare of Rajasthan’s legal practitioners is the Rajasthan Advocate Protection Bill. The provisions and probable effects of the legislation are examined in this research study. The measure intends to create an environment that is supportive of the efficient administration of justice by addressing the difficulties advocates confront, such as threats and intimidation. To emphasise the significance of protecting legal professionals in sustaining the rule of law, case law and comparative analysis with other jurisdictions are studied.

The Advocates (protection) Bill, 2021 includes provisions for advocate safety and financial aid for the poor advocates.
