Responsibilities:
– Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and other District Courts and Tribunals in diverse legal matters.
– Draft, review, and file petitions, appeals, and other legal documents.
– Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support cases and provide strategic advice.
– Liaise with clients, attend hearings, and effectively argue cases in the respective forums.
– Provide mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers as needed.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
– Strong track record of successfully handling complex cases in these forums.
– In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, procedures, and precedents.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Proven capability to handle a diverse range of legal matters efficiently.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
– Enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
