Firm: RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys
Location: Gurugram
The Paralegal for the Patent Team will be an integral part of the firm, responsible for performing legal research, preparing and reviewing patent-related documents, and assisting with patent prosecution and compliance. Additional duties include managing document filings, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with attorneys and clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- A solid understanding of Law and legal procedures, specifically in intellectual property and patent-related matters. (Learn IPR Filing: CLICK HERE)
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review to ensure completeness and accuracy of materials
- Strong Research skills for gathering, analyzing, and presenting information relevant to patents and related legal proceedings
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and team members effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal document management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred, with certifications in paralegal studies being an added advantage
