Job Role: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Legal
Work Location: Gurugram (Delhi/NCR)
Experience Required: 2–5 Years PQE (Post Qualification Experience)
Core Domains: Commercial Contracting, Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Business Advisory
Roles & Responsibilities:Contract Management: Complete ownership of drafting, evaluating, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and legal contracts.
Strategic Advisory: Furnish legal guidance to cross-functional operational teams to support strategic partnerships and corporate business transactions.
Risk Management: Evaluate prospective legal and regulatory risks concerning incoming business opportunities or operational expansions.
Compliance Setup: Assist the legal department in maintaining corporate governance protocols and managing organizational requirements.
Requirements & Preferred Experience:
Educational Background: Possess a professional LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year curriculum) from a recognized university.
Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of post-qualification legal standing. Candidates with structural experience in Retail, Consumer-Tech, Startups, or quick-turnaround corporate ecosystems are highly preferred.
Key Skills: Impeccable communication, sharp contract negotiation capabilities, and a proven track record working closely with business stakeholders. Experience working in a law firm setup will be treated as an added advantage.
