🕒 Experience: 0.5 – 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts
Ensure compliance with employment, labour, and corporate regulations
Support internal legal processes, audits, and documentation
Work closely with internal stakeholders on legal requirements
Maintain contract templates, summaries, and legal documentation
Requirements:
LLB from a reputed institution (LLM preferred)
Experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
Strong skills in contract management, legal drafting, and compliance
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
