Major Deliverables
· Advising Internal Functions.
· Drafting and Vetting of Contracts namely: Power of Attorney, Service Level Contracts in accordance with the IRDAI Outsourcing Regulations 2017, Non Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, Request for Proposals, License Agreements, Addendums, Extension Letters, Engagement Letters, Letter of Authority, Letter of Intent, Indemnity Bonds, Disclaimers, Terms & Conditions, Termination letters, Proof of Concept Agreements, handling Contract Management software. Have a working experience of Insurance industry handling non litigation
· Drafting response to IRDAI observation.
· Negotiations, Meeting and Conference calls with third parties and finalization of all Agreements.
· Research.
· Handling Due Diligence Report of Lease Agreements.
· Create and assist in development process, policies and procedures designed to reduce Legal risks and/or increase efficiency.
· Assisted in Company’s IRDAI Audit, Internal Audits.
Qualifications B.Com, LLB
Age:24-30yrs
Experience (Yrs.) : 3-5 yrs
Competencies
Good at Drafting, Good Communication Skills, Self-motivated, result oriented and willing to take initiatives.
