Requirement:-
- Local candidates shall be preferred Minimum qualification LLB
- Knowledge of Warrant execution,138 NI Act cases , Execution petition, Consumer forum, High Court cases and Criminal proceedings ( 420, 406 of IPC cases)
Additional Requirement :- basic knowledge of MS Office.
Job Description :-
- Candidate shall visit Police station for execution of warrant / summons ( Legal tools)
- Candidate shall visit customers and RTO office as and when required
- Liaising at Police station & Other Govt Authorities
- To execute summons and warrants with the help of police station
- To visit customer’s residence for execution of legal tools ( Summons/warrants )
- To conduct conciliation / Pre-Litigation camp activities at office and court premises
- To attend and Defend company against cases on behalf of company
- Should be capable of representing company as a legal authorized person of the company before the court.
