Description:
Data Privacy, drafting & vetting legal agreements, vendor / customer contract negotiations from legal perspective, dealing with German colleagues for Data privacy/legal matters, co-ordination with external consultants.
· Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience as leading GDPR/Data Privacy topic.
· Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with MNC with exposure to above topic.
· Strong in Communication, Regulations, Policy Matters, Documentation and DX best practices.
· Hands on Experience in key areas of:
· Data Privacy and Security (facing off with DT Group)
· Good understanding of GDPR, Privacy and Security
· Good understanding of India Data Privacy Law
· Ability to handle incidents, cases and drive investigations.
· Reporting back to Groups on Incidents
· Governance, Risks and Compliance
· High level Compliance Policy Matters
· Certifications if any
· Audits and experience in conducting and handling external audits.
· Knowledge and Documentation Management, Traceability Matrix and
· Ability to deal with external Group and Practices on their requirements etc.
