JOB DESCRIPTION:
Department: Legal (Litigation)
Experience : 0-4 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle all litigation matters filed by and against the Company, including labour law-related cases with the Labour Commissioner or Labour Court.
Manage Stock Exchange arbitration-related cases.
Handle IGRC and SEBI ODR cases.
Manage matters filed in consumer courts or before judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.
Handle police cases, enforcement authority letters, and related communications.
Attend police stations and file cyber, criminal complaints on behalf of the company.
Provide expert legal opinions on issues or seek advice from law firms for labour and critical cases.
Engage and coordinate with external advocates and counsels for sending legal notices, their reply, etc.
Preparing an E-note with a summary of matters for processing invoices raised by the Advocate for the legal matter.
Prepare various reports and legal provisions.
Key Competencies:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification :
LLB/LLM preferred
