Role Overview:
We are looking for Junior Associates to join our Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Data, and Fintech practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1.Advising on regulatory and compliance matters in the TMT, data, and fintech sectors
- 2.Supporting clients on legal compliance, sourcing, and digitisation
- 3.Handling complex technology transactions such as licensing, outsourcing, and tech sale/market entry agreements
(Note: This role does not involve tech M&A, private equity, or VC structuring)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Law graduates with 1–2 years of experience at a law firm
- Prior experience working with large international corporates
- Professionals with experience in cross-border M&A or Private Equity are welcome, but not those whose primary focus has been VC structuring
- A strong interest in transitioning into the TMT – Data – Fintech legal space
- Self-driven and ambitious individuals looking to build a focused legal practice
