About the Internship
Conditions
- Education Level: Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s /master’s degree in law.
- Requirements: Legal aptitude, good knowledge about legal terminologies, research skills, promptness and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience: None needed
- Special Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, Proficiency in (MS Office), knowledge of legal regulations and legal procedures in the necessary legal areas is a plus.
- Special Conditions: Motivation, detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, ability to work independently and as part of a team, communication skills and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Legal team by ensuring that administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to the company’s operations and provide recommendations to the Legal team
- Support the Legal team in maintaining and organizing legal files and documents
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Assist in ensuring legal compliance by monitoring changes in laws and regulations
