Roles and responsibilities:
Performing tasks in relation to corporate, legal and compliance matters as instructed by supervisor.
Assistance to respective teams in research, review and drafting of commercial contracts, legal notices and documents, including copying and filing.
Support function to outside Counsel in paperwork in relation to dispute resolution and other legal working.
