Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct Legal research on a corporate law topics
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as Contract ,Agreements , Corporate resolution and corporate Governance document.
- Attend Client Meeting , hearing and other legal proceedings as a needed.
- Review and analyse case document , statues , and Regulations to support case .
- Support due diligence Efforts for corporate Transactions.
- Aid in Maintain corporate record, Including Minute of books , boards resolution, corporate filing .
- Provide General administrative support to legal team.
- Participate in special project and assignment as assigned by the supervising attorney . Qualification :
- Enrolled Accredited law school or must have law degree
- Strong academic record with course work relevant to corporate law.
- Excellent research , writing and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and legal research database.
