ROLES & RESPONSIILITIES: Implementation of litigation policy.Full Fledge practical knowledge over arbitration, Sec 138, SARFAESI etc.Monitor legal executives for recovery and defense cases of person and property. Guide regional teams over recoveryProvide legal advice in relation to the loans to be approved and adequately secured in favor of the organization.Devise and implement strategy for recovery of assets with 180 DPD by using legal tools and mechanism.Administer researching, drafting, and vetting of various legal documents. Prepare drafting legal notices, replies and other legal documents on behalf of company. Advise on conducting investigations into cases which qualify for the restraint and confiscation of assets and supervise preparation of reports required by the Courts.COMPLIANCE & PROCESS: Ensure adherence to internal policies and establish processes pertaining to legal parameters. Review contracts, agreements and internal policy and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements. Perform compliance reviews and undertake countermeasures for on-going deviations. Handle all contracting requirement from proposal preparation, drafting, review, negotiation, closing deals, developing templates. Analyze and identify legal risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.Liasoning & Team building attitudeSKILLS & QUALIFICATION:Law graduate with relevant experience of atleast 8+years in litigation handling.Team Building strengthWell versed in MS Word with command over Hindi, English drafting.Command over MIS preparation & status tracking.
