Teal India is looking for a Legal Executive with expertise in real estate law to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of land laws and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Overview:
- Prepare and review Title Due Diligence Reports and Legal Opinions for properties in Maharashtra.
- Coordinate with clients, external counsels, and vendors for documentation and reporting.
- Conduct legal research on land laws and assist with drafting and vetting contracts.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of real estate laws (knowledge of RERA is an advantage).
- Ability to read Marathi is mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in real estate law or property documentation preferred.
