Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years experience in Contract Law and Litigation Management
• Strong knowledge of Legal Research, Compliance, and Negotiation skills
• Proven expertise in Risk Management, Intellectual Property, and Regulatory Affairs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks in all operations
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Manage litigation proceedings and legal disputes
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on regulatory matters
• Handle intellectual property issues and maintain compliance standards
