Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to handle legal drafting, contract management, lease agreements, and property-related legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
– Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, MoUs, lease deeds, and rent agreements.
– Handle property-related documentation, including sale agreements and title verification.
– Manage vendor agreements, commercial contracts, legal notices, and corporate documentation.
– Ensure compliance with applicable laws, RERA regulations, and contractual obligations.
– Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, and internal departments.
– Identify legal risks and advise management on legal matters.
Required Qualifications & Skills
– LL.B. from a recognised university.
– 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs and legal drafting.
– Strong experience in lease agreements, commercial contracts, and property documentation.
– Knowledge of contract law, property law, and applicable real estate regulations.
– Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Candidate
Experience working with a real estate developer, builder, or corporate legal team will be an added advantage.
