Job Description: Legal Executive
1. Drafting, vetting and Negotiating contracts and documents such as NDA, MOUS, Service Contracts, Real Estate contracts.
2. Experience in legal department of corporate or in law firm. Legal documentation and filing.
3.Experience in attending Conumer courts and Filing cases before Police/ cyber police.
3. Preparing team reports and Reporting to Manager
4.Knowledge of Information technology Act and cyber laws, Good Understanding of online transactions and applicable RBI regulations.
5.Good knowledge of Real Estate and relevant documentation.
6. Shall be flexible in work time
7. Shall have good hold on English Language(Read, Write and Speak)
