Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate and review complex debt and banking documentation
- Advise and manage commercial contracts, equity transactions, and compliance matters
- Provide strategic legal guidance on corporate and regulatory issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with external counsels
Preferred Background: Prior law firm experience with a strong focus on debt transactions.
