We are hiring for the role of Legal Consultant for our corporate office for our Chemical Manufacturing company at Dombivli East, MIDC Phase 2.
Qualification: LLB
Experience: 5 to 8 years as corporate legal consultant or executive.
Job Description:
Registrations, Affidavits, Resolutions
To review property matters of land & building
Reviewing agreements & documents relating to tie-ups and contracts with companies.
Attend dates & legal meetings.
Dealing with Legal issues
Assisting Law counsellors
Visit court during dates.
Any other work given by management or HOD.
