The Law Office of Jaitegan Singh Khurana is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Litigation). The selected candidate will work on a diverse range of matters and represent clients before the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, NCDRC, NCLAT, NCLT, RERA, and other tribunals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and filing of legal documents
- Conducting thorough legal research
- Attending and assisting in court proceedings
Requirements:
- PQE: 0–1 year (litigation experience preferred)
- Excellent command over English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong research skills and a keen interest in reading and legal developments
Probation Period: 2 months
