Settlement Loans are seeking a Legal Associate to assist with legal work related to the Banking Sector, Arbitration, and Drafting. This remote role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in legal research, contract drafting, and arbitration-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1.Conduct legal research on arbitration, banking regulations, and financial laws
- 2.Draft and review agreements, contracts, legal notices, and other legal documents
- 3.Assist in preparing case and legal opinions
- 4.Support in arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and submissions
Requirements:
- -LL.B. from a recognized university
- -Strong research and drafting skills
- -Basic knowledge of arbitration laws and banking regulations
