We are inviting applications for “Associate – Corporate Law”. This is a full-time in-office position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of non-litigation experience. We will prefer candidates from a boutique law/advisory/consulting firm.
The Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships. S/he will also collaborate with other external legal professionals and assist the team on complex legal matters.
What we will look for
- Proficiency in corporate and commercial law
- Experience of non-litigation assignments
- Experience in transaction advisory, deal documentation, or risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Admitted to the Bar in India
