Job Description:

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate. As a Legal Associate, you will be

responsible for legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and effective communication.

You will work closely with our legal team to ensure compliance and provide legal support to the

organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

– Conducting legal research on various topics related to the company’s operations, industry

regulations, and legal compliance requirements.

– Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and legal documents.

– Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities.

– Providing legal guidance and advice to internal teams on contractual matters, compliance

issues, and risk management.

– Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss legal matters and provide

recommendations.

– Assisting in the resolution of legal disputes and claims, including liaising with external

legal counsel/advocates when necessary.

– Keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations and updating internal

policies and procedures accordingly.

– Supporting the legal team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

– Drafting legal notices and reply to legal notices.

– Replying to Consumer cases and keeping track of all of them.

Qualifications:

– The candidate must be fluent in Kannada language (written and verbal) is mandatory

– Good communication skills,

– Logical reasoning and basic understanding,

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law and

– Enrollment of the candidate as an Advocate in any Indian state is mandatory.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
