Full Job Description:
- LLB Degree from a recognized university in India
- At least 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry, either with a real estate firm or a law firm
- Knowledge of land titles and documentation processes
- Professional fluency in Kannada(mandatory) and English
- Ability to work efficiently and proactively on multiple projects under deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills, drafting skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, cross-cultural skills and highly team-oriented.
Job duties would include:
- Candidate should be expertise in preparing documentation, Scrutiny of documents, rendering opinion, due diligence of title documents.
- Prepare, draft and finalize various agreements such as sale agreement, construction agreement, sale deed, lease deed, tripartite agreement, MoUs, NDAs, JDAs, GPAs, notices, title opinions, etc.
- Resolve legal queries raised by purchasers regarding property titles.
