Job Title: Junior Associate (Corporate/Commercial)
Role: Legal and Regulatory Compliance of financial services businesses.

2. Education Requirements: –
- LL.B., LL.M.
- Inter/final ICSI (preferable)
3. Experience Required: –
- 0 to 3 years in Law Firm and/or Legal and/or Compliance department of any financial services business.
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing both general and life insurance knowledge/working experience.
- Certifications/Fellow ship in Insurance would be added advantage.

5. Job Description: –
The candidate shall:
- conduct legal research for the assignments and prepare reports and presentations on such research;
- assist in preparation of documentation, including contracts, notes, applications, representations, opinions, analytical reports etc. related to assignments in hand;
- assist in keeping track of changes in the laws and regulatory environment directly or indirectly impacting the financial services business in the country abroad. This would include preparation of synopsis, impact analysis, effectiveness opinion, representations for policy modification etc.
- assist in liaison with clients or client entities including handling client meetings, minuting the proceedings and actionable of such meeting, and delivering upon the action items;
- identify existing and/or emerging issues/trends relating to regulatory compliance both at micro and macro level of financial services industry, including regulatory and policy issues that may impact business and/or compliance readiness; conducting research and preparing recommendations to that effect;
- identify key critical compliance needs and requirements of the Insurance Industry thereby determining residual risk for existing and potential client business.
