JOB DESCRIPTION:
CodeVyasa is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Associate to support our legal operations and ensure compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents while working closely with internal stakeholders to support business needs.

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain and organize legal records, documentation, and contract repositories.
- Coordinate with internal teams for legal clarifications and documentation requirements.
- Assist in legal research, case analysis, and preparation of legal opinions or summaries.
- Liaise with external counsel and support litigation or dispute-related matters, if required.
- Monitor contract renewals, obligations, and timelines to ensure timely action.
Requirements:
- LLB / LLM degree from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of experience in a legal role; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of corporate laws, contract law, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
Location: Noida Sector-62
Working Days: 6 (5 Days Work From Office)
