About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Providing legal advice and guidance related to debt settlement.
2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Negotiating directly with creditors to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
4. Addressing legal disputes and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the settlement process.
5. Assisting in the resolution of creditor-client disputes by providing expert legal support.

Other requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (fresh law graduates are welcome to apply).
Knowledge of legal procedures, document preparation, and debt settlement processes.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with creditors.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
Relevant certifications in financial law or debt settlement are a plus.
Must be enrolled with any Bar Council in India
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 4,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 – 2,40,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 – 2,00,000 /year
