Job Responsibility:
(1) Candidate should be experienced in project finance documents/loan documents/syndication documents/debenture documents/ restructuring documents/ etc.,
(2) Candidate should be able to handhold project finance /loan /syndication /debenture/ restructuring / etc documents and transactions on its own
(3) Candidate should also have good experience of debenture transactions and restructuring transactions
(4) Candidate should be well versed with banking and finance, stamp duty, FEMA, RBI laws and regulations
(5) Candidate should be ready to travel as per the transaction requirements
