Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Liaise with clients, court personnel, and external legal professionals.
- Conduct document review and ensure accuracy in legal filings.
- Manage case files using iManage and maintain organized records.
- Perform data entry tasks related to case management and client information.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel via phone and email while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications .
- LL.B is a must, with 3 years of experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a related administrative role is a plus.
