Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Liaise with clients, court personnel, and external legal professionals.
  • Conduct document review and ensure accuracy in legal filings.
  • Manage case files using iManage and maintain organized records.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to case management and client information.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel via phone and email while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications .

  • LL.B is a must, with 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a related administrative role is a plus.
