We offer expert consultancy for various environmental projects both on the national and international levels.
About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Drafting and vetting all legal documents about the business of the company (NDA, license agreement, lease agreement, service agreement, legal notices, etc.) 2. Convening and servicing meetings in line with statutory and regulatory requirements/follow-ups 3. Filing various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the company law 4. Co-ordinating with legal representatives and providing them all necessary documents 5. Creating and maintaining filing/documentation both online and offline, as required by the company
Who can apply:
Only those students or freshers can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- have relevant skills and interests
- can start the internship between 17th Feb’21 and 24th Mar’21
- are available for duration of 6 months
- have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
- are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
- Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply
Other requirements:
Male candidates who have their own vehicles will be preferred as traveling will be required in this role (visiting courts, clients, meetings, etc.) Candidates who are pursuing CS or have completed the same are encouraged to apply
