🔍 Key Responsibilities
✅ Draft & review agreements (Employment, Vendor, NDA, SLA, Service Agreements)
✅ Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to finalize contracts
✅ Identify legal risks and discrepancies
✅ Maintain contract records and documentation
