Our client: Our client is a law firm focused on Mergers & Acquisitions ( M&A ) and General Corporate practices and specializes in complex, cross-border M&A.

Job Description:
The role has the following responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys with all aspects of M&A transactions (including cross-border deals ) , including due diligence research, legal analysis, drafting transaction documents, and client communication.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of transaction documents, such as merger agreements, purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements .
- K nowledge of company law, contracts, RBI regulations, SEBI regulations, FEMA, FDI policy .
- Develop formats /templates for various inorganic transactions such as term sheets, memorandum of understanding, letter of intents, due diligence checklists, asset purchase, share purchase and such other preliminary/non-binding and definitive agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of applicable laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions .
- Stay up to date on developments in cross-border M&A law and industry trends.
- Assist in project management of the entire M&A transaction process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must – Have
- LLB from top-tier law school with post-qualification experience of 0-2 years.
Good – To – Have
- Internship or post – qualification experi ence in corporate l aw firm s.
- Basic knowledge of cross-border M&A transactions.
