Junior IP Lawyer- India Filings

Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 per month

Note: Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is required

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Senior Lawyers: Assist senior lawyers in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.

2. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and compliance.

3. Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.

4. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate law requirements, including filing of necessary documents and reports.

5. Learning and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in corporate law.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: LL.B. or equivalent degree from a reputable law school.

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).

3. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and compliance.

4. Skills: Good research, analytical, and communication skills.

5. Certifications: Enrollment with the Bar Council of India (BCI) or other relevant certifications.

Nice to Have:

1. Internship Experience (Added Advantage): Internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

2. Language Skills: Proficiency in one or more languages.

3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with document management software and other legal technology tools.
