🔍 About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Compliance & Legal Executive with a keen interest in corporate law, compliance, and governance. This role offers hands-on exposure across legal advisory, compliance management, and secretarial functions in a professional corporate environment.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide legal advisory and support to internal stakeholders
🔹 Draft and review contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal documents
🔹 Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
🔹 Track regulatory changes and assess organizational impact
🔹 Identify legal risks and support mitigation strategies
🔹 Coordinate with external counsels for litigation and regulatory matters
🔹 Support corporate governance and policy documentation
🔹 Handle secretarial functions including statutory registers and filings
🔹 Assist with Board meetings, agendas, and minutes
