Job Title: Junior Advocate – Real Estate
Location: Bangalore
Remuneration Package: 5-6 Lakhs PA
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Advocate in reviewing and drafting legal documents related
to property acquisition, sale, and development.
Perform initial legal due diligence on property titles and ensure compliance
with RERA and Karnataka real estate laws.
Work with external legal teams and government authorities to secure
necessary legal approvals.
Maintain organized records of all legal documents and transactions.
Provide legal support during property transactions, including contract
negotiation and review.
Stay updated on changes in real estate regulations and laws.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
2-4 years of experience in real estate documentation and legal advisory.
Strong understanding of Karnataka real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills.
Strong communication and research abilities.
