JOB DESCRIPTION:
- IP Application Preparation: Draft and prepare all necessary forms for filing applications related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
- Trademark Management: Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and manage the prosecution of trademark applications.
- Deadline Coordination: Monitor and manage key deadlines for all intellectual property filings.
- Reporting & Documentation: Compile and report details on IP filings, including examination reports.
- Client Support: Address and resolve client inquiries regarding intellectual property processes and filings.
Experience – 2-3 years
Qualification – LL.B / LL.M
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
