Roles & Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, agreements, contracts, and notices
Handling company legal matters, compliances, and documentation
Coordinating with external lawyers, advocates, and legal consultants
Managing litigation matters, court cases, and follow-ups
Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Advising management on legal risks and implications
Maintaining legal records, files, and case status updates
Handling notices related to labor law, GST, company law, etc.
Supporting HR and other departments in legal matters
Required Skills & Qualifications:
LLB / LLM or equivalent legal qualification
Good knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and commercial laws
Strong drafting and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple legal matters independently
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Word, email communication, and documentation
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in corporate / retail / manufacturing company
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional attitude and confidentiality handling
