Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and legally sound HR professional to manage HR documentation and policy governance. The role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and updating employment-related documents while ensuring full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
HR Documentation Management
- Draft, review, and update appointment, confirmation, and promotion letters.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, addendums, and amendments.
- Draft and review NDAs, non-compete, confidentiality, and IP agreements.
- Manage separation documentation including resignation acceptance, full & final settlement letters, experience letters, and release agreements.
- Maintain standardized templates and ensure version control of all HR documents.
Legal & Compliance Governance
- Ensure all HR documentation complies with applicable Indian labor laws including Shops & Establishment Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Wages Act, POSH Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Work closely with the Legal team to review employment contracts and mitigate organizational risk.
- Ensure enforceability of non-compete, confidentiality, and restrictive covenant clauses.
- Support statutory audits, labor inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor regulatory updates and proactively revise HR policies and documentation accordingly.
Policy Framework & SOP Management
- Draft, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and codes of conduct.
- Ensure policy alignment with company practices, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Drive implementation and communication of updated policies across the organization.
