Job Description:
- Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Help organize and facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the maintenance of HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Participate in HR projects related to performance management, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
