Summary of the Role:
Loads legacy contracts and abstracts data from legacy contracts
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads discovery sessions and contract management
- Understand current location of files and associated metadata
- Load contracts and related documents establishing proper structure (parent-child/related documents)
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing with the Client migrated contracts
- Logs and resolves migration/abstraction related issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Contract Review
- Good knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law required
- Excellent written and communication skills
