Job Description:
- Legal Counseling:
- Provide legal advice to corporate clients on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and transactions.
- Advise on legal aspects of business strategies and initiatives.
- Contract Drafting and Review:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and advise on legal implications of transactions.
- Corporate Governance:
- Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
- Assist in board meetings and shareholder communications.
- Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Litigation Management:
- Manage and coordinate litigation matters involving the company.
- Work with external counsel when necessary.
- Intellectual Property:
- Provide guidance on intellectual property issues, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Labor and Employment:
- Advise on employment law matters, including contracts, terminations, and workplace policies.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess legal risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement risk management policies.
